What type of loan can we offer?
Lite Loan
Most people utilize Lite Loans for personal, emergency, or bill payment purposes. Up to P2,000.00 to P10,000.00 in pesos may be lent. Low interest rates are offered with a selection of payment durations from one to six months. The qualifying requirements include being between the ages of 21 and 40, residing in Metro Manila, earning at least P15,000.00 per month, and owning a firm that has been in existence for at least a year.
Personal Loan
The most common uses for a personal loan are home renovation or repair, auto maintenance, special occasion travel, paying medical fees, and clearing other obligations. The maximum loanable amount is between P10,000.00 and P100,000.00. With a low interest rate, payment durations vary from three to eighteen months. The requirements for qualifying include being between the ages of 21 and 60, having a regular or permanent job, making at least P20,000.00, and owning a firm that has been in existence for at least 18 months.
Small Business Loan
A small business loan is mostly used for startup businesses, DTI-registered businesses, and those engaged in agribusiness. The loanable amount is up to P50,000.00 to P200,000.00 pesos. Payment terms range from three to twenty-four months with a low interest rate. The eligibility criteria are being 21 to 60 years old, a permanent or regular employee, earning at least P20,000.00, and being a business owner with at least eighteen months of operations. For startup businesses, applicants must show proof of income.
Regular Loan
A regular loan is mostly used for business expansion by corporations registered with the DTI or SEC. The loanable amount is up to P200,000.00 to P3,000,000.00 pesos. Payment terms range from six to twenty-four months with a low interest rate. The eligibility criteria are being 21 to 60 years old and being a business owner with at least 36 months of operations. With an existing landline or postpaid mobile number and an existing locally issued credit card with a credit limit of at least P50,000.00.
